I had got transferred from Pune to Hyderabad. Thats why I took the service of “Safe Time Packers and Movers” to transfer my luggage from Pune to HYD. One of their company member Mr. Manjeet Singh (Pune/mob. +91-985071xxx) sent a person named Mr Gulab singh (Pune/mob. +91-932556xxxx) on 10/05/2014 ( Sunday ). He packed and took everything and told me that I will receive those goods at HYD by 10/07/14 (Tuesday) Morning days at my HYD Address. Date 10/07/2014. When I didn’t receive my luggage including one BED, Sofa,TV,Fridge, Bike and all other house hold things. I have been calling Mr. Manjeet Singh from last two days, he is not receiving my call. When i called him any other no, then he received and told me any Nonsense things like boys are on leave for Diwali, we can not deliver the things on time etc. I have received My All total no items (Packed Cartoons & Bags) on 10 Oct 2014. The status of my lugged are : Fridge : Unpacked and dirty condition. Mattress : Turned to Black color from white. Modular Kitchen: Broken Bike: Scratched at many points and Fuel was missing Missing items: Two tubs and Bulbs etc etc etc Apart from above mentioned things, lots of small small things is also broken. Missing Things ( Which I didn’t get in Packed cartoons) : 1. Clothes 2. Iron Table 3. Lots of small things. Additionally when i got my things at destination address as most of things were uninstalled at the time of packing, they are now lying as it is as i dont know how to fit them, i clearly mentioned them that if you dont know how to fit them then don’t decree them, but they told no sir we will fit them at HYD as they are here. For the above mentioned all the things, I have tried to call Mumbai office, Pune office & Gurgaon office, they didnt received my call, some times they received and not giving me improper response. At the time of booking, i have insured my all the things from SAFE TIME MOVERS & PACKERS, They have charged me for the same, but when i told to claim that insurance, they said, “Aapko apna insurance alag se karwaana chahiye tha, kyaa aapne yaisaa kiyaa tha, hamne aapke samaan kaa insurence nahin kiyaa” ….. I have all receipt which i got at the time of booking, which states that, my things are insured. This is ridiculous at the time when I send the household things they were very promising but as soon they got the money they never cared to do anything. This is truely shameless. I would never go this Packers and movers again and would not suggest anybody to go for it. I dont know, what should I do. Please suggest me. Wish govt should punish these org Thanks & Regards.
