I bought a Samsung LED TV Model Number UA40H5100 from dealer Summit Electronic Mohali after having look on authorized dealer list from website(http://www.samsung.com/in/storelocator). and also have a look on offer that is placed on website on dated 27/09/2104 and for your reference please a look at screenshot that i taken on same date are mentioned below…. Offer is here http://prntscr.com/4rdih6 Term & Condition http://prntscr.com/4rdich Note:- I also have image files of all screen shot and after sending the same to Samsung Support they told me to wait for some time and in that they update the website two times and when everything is changed from their on 09/10/2014 then they told me that Sir the screenshot you send us having other link ..please check them and whatever is get you from dealer is the offer only. They Simply cheated me through website but i have all the proof which can prove my words right..which as of now i have not disclosed with them as i disclose some proofs and they modified them. In offer that i seen on 27/09/2014 Four item is there that is 1) 2.1 Ch Speakers Worth Rs. 5490 2) Instant Cash Back u to Rs. 9990 3) Mobile Guru E2100 4) Free Triple Protection Warranty worth Rs. 2000 And as in http://prntscr.com/4rdich conditions nothing is mentioned about specific model. But now they have changed everything from scratch on their websites. Sir i am requesting you to please assist me to registered consumer case against this or registered this same concern…As i tried to resolve this case with Samsung but now they are denying everything.
Want (1) Instant Cash Back u to Rs. 9990 & (2) Mobile Guru E2100 & I have spent lots of time with their support so i need cost of that also with penalty.So that in future SAMSUNG will never cheat anybody. All the proof i am attaching here which easily show you that what exact forgery/Misleading done with from Samsung India Pvt. Ltd through website. I am also having some other proof that will help us but website system is not allowing me to attach more then one file ..So kindly provide any email di where i can send you more proofs.
