Hello Sir, This is w.r.t. to hospitalization claim for my father. We have taken a policy for mediclaim for my father, the policy no. being P/700002/01/2014/015691. My father was hospitalized due to Chest Pain in Mar 2014 in Fortis Hospital Kalyan. During hospitalization, cashless was rejected for reasons unknown. Now while claiming for medicalim hospitalization expenses, I’m just being harassed by asking this documents and that which we have provided but still they have not given the claim amount of approx Rs 29000/- The customer care executives just do not care for my claim status and every time I call them either they laugh off or tell me that my status is not visible in system. My claim status no is 0237857
