Ebay Marketplace Seller Sent Poor Quality Product

is with great regret that I am writing this letter to your as I want to bring to your kind notice the extreme trouble and inconvenience I have undergone due to your negligent services. On 22nd September 2014, I had ordered Ebay LED light, Stainless tiffin and Mangal sutra via online from your company vide order no. 261472373058, 231222313524 and 221547988400 by making the payment of Rs 425/-, Rs 279/- and Rs 325/- to your company. Attached is the copy of the invoice and payment details as per Annexure I and Annexure II, respectively. However, the problem remains that after 2 days, when the products was delivered to me, I found that the front glass of the 42 LED Portable Rechargeable Emergency Light/led lighting was broken and also the pandel of the mangal sutra was having one hole and quality was very poor. Moreover, I found that refund has automatically been initiated on 24-Sep-14 for item “Stainless Steel tiffin with plate and lock” (231222313524) for Rs. 92.46 only due to the seller did not ship the item by the shipping deadline of 23-Sep-14 Since then, I called your company’s officials several times and asked for replacement or refund but they failed to provide me any resolution and I was just given false assurances. I have wasted unreasonable amount of time and money in trying to resolve this issue but to no avail. Attached herewith is a copy of emails as per Annexure III. I am appalled to have received such inept and unprofessional services from a company of your repute which has created unnecessary hassles in my life, resulting in loss of time and money. The entire episode has left me in a bitter taste and I am extremely disappointed with your pathetic services. I have been facing lot of mental stress, agony and immense loss of time and money due to this incident and even after making several requests to your company officials no positive response has been received by me. With a great hope and hearing about a healthy reputation of your Brand name I had availed the services but to my utter disappointment, I have faced the worst. I would like to notify you that your actions are liable under Section 2(1) (f) of the Consumer Protection Act for defect in goods which means any fault, imperfection or shortcoming in the quantity, quality, potency and purity or standard which is required to be maintained by or under any law for the being in force under any contract. Also, as per Section 2(1)(r) for Unfair Trade Practice which refers to trade practice that involves adopting unfair means or deceptive practices to promote the sale, use or supply of any goods/service. As a consequence of your deficient service and the incompetency displayed by your employees, I have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration.

due to waste of my PHD studies and great navaratri and diwali without mangalsutra i want 20000/- as compensation. at least.
