Matrix SIM – Faulty service no refund

I travelled to Singapore from 1st October to 6th October this year and made a serious mistake by buying a Matrix SIM. Though I had opted for a data plan, it didn’t work on arrival. I logged a complaint immediately. After more than 24 hours it started working. Again after 1 day of usage it stopped working. I had to log a complaint again. They took more than a day again to fix it. But none of this was adjusted in the invoice which I received and I was charged the full amount. I had to again send a mail and was given service request number : SU141115504. It has been more than a week since then and there has been no response. I would like you to take immediate steps failing which I will be bound to take legal action.

I was not able to use Email due to which my work was severely affected. I had to use International roaming on my Airtel SIM which cost me more than Rs. 3000/-. I was not able to book cabs on mobile using mobile applications and hence I had to book expensive cabs. I was not able to find walking directions to my hotel using mobile internet and I had to always book a cab for transportation even though I was at a walking distance from my hotel. Due to this faulty service, I have incurred a loss of Rs. 10,000/- at least.
