i have booked a flight ticket through makemytrip.com for journey dt 14.09.2014 with booking id nf2203436217815 from air india flight ai432 (lucknow to hyderabad) and due to some personal reason i have cancelled my ticket but they have not refunding the amount of cancelled ticket as they are saying partial cancellation is not permitted.as they are saying you went for partial cancellation of your ticket and in partial cancellation in partial cancellation you are not suppose to get any amount but i am dead sure i never went for partial cancellation.similarly i have booked another ticket from makemytrip.com (return ticket) and cancelled it and got the amount with in 3 days after cancellation of that ticket.please do the needful regards sanjeev kumar branch manager andhra bank gonda u.p mob no 9454005xxx phone no 05262 230009
