TATA PHOTON Speed – Consumer Review

Respected Sir/Madam I am a TATA PHOTON + customer, and on 23.11.2014, at 5.33 PM , I have recharged my account with Rs. 1300 which should ideally give me 3.1 Mbps speeds till 15GB usage and post 15 GB usage at reduced speeds. After recharging my account the initial speeds are as low as .38 mbps (a screenshot is provided as proof) and thus it is not at all justifying the details of my plan. When I called up customer care to lodge a complaint, they are unable to provide any significant help. They kept me waiting for 30 minutes and offered me zero assistance. The speeds are so low that not even a basic webpage is opening. The customer care is full of excuses rather than actually solving my speed issue.
At rs. 1300 the speed which I am getting is unjustified to say the least. It is not at all following the tariffs of the plan. The initial speeds are so less that a basic webpage cannot be opened. Seeing that the customer care is not in any position to offer any conclusive help, I asked for a refund because it is plain and simple wastage of my money.They are not willing to do so and I feel I deserve a refund so that I can invest the same money in a better and reliable connection. I am a student and a regular user of the internet. Rs. 1300 matters a lot to me. I sincerely request you to process my refund. My modem no is 9210268xxx. My plan is Rs. 1300 – unlimited data plan.
