On 20th Oct, I booked a ticket for my son John Giftah from Coimbatore to Bangalore through Sharma Transport Website under PNR WB867AL I cancelled the ticket 25th Oct and received the mail confirmation on the same day with cancellation transaction reference 2014102022241024. However, the refund of Rs.405.00 is yet to be credited to my account till 24th Nov (today), despite multiple calls and emails to Sharma Transports. It is already 04 weeks lapsed and no one bothers to assist me the refund. My banker has confirmed at least thrice that no such credit has come from. I asked Sharma Transport for the Bank detail viz. Bank name, account number and name for which the amount is credited. But the staff are non co-operative and decline to provide any details till now. On 19th Nov, One Ajmeera (Mobile 9980005xxx) who referred him as manager of the company asked for the pass sheet of the account. I sent the same on the same day.But there is no response. Today, when I called Ajmeera to enquire about the refund, he shot back saying ” you can do what ever you want and disconnected the phone”. It looks brim now to get the refund of Rs.405.00. I need your help in receiving the refund of Rs.405.00. It is not the value of the money, it is the responsibility of the service provider to ensure the refund is done as per the commitment. Please help
