What is Snapdeal.com Technical glitch order cancelled Story ?

My complain is against online portal www.snapdeal.com. I have made an order of Flying Machine Jeans on 11/11/2014 Order Id. 3523737406 and after placing the order it showed that my items will be delivered by 21/11/2014. They dispatched my item from Blue Dart courier no. 59407799415 on 14/11/2014. On 20/11/2014 I got a mail from snapdeal saying that my product has been delivered. I immediately called them to say that I have not received any Delivery regarding my order and got my complain registered. My complain Id. is 12117140 Dt. 20/11/2014. When I checked the Blue Dart website to track my order on 21/11/2014. It showed that the shipment have been returned to the shipper. I was shocked to see it and immediately called the customer care of snapdeal to tell them the details about the Blue Dart tracking update. They told me that as I have lodged a complain on 20/11/2014, so to wait for 48 hours and they will try to solve the matter. On 22/11/2014, I got a call from snapdeal regarding my complain and he said that it was some rare technical glitch and they will escalate my matter to higher authority, on asking about the status of my order, they said that I have to place it once again so I have told them that I have purchased it in the offer period so will I get the same price. They told that it will be a new order so the old offers or prices will not be applied. So my main complain is regarding the trade ethics of snapdeal.com I have followed up with my order from time to time and yet the way they are treating and fooling Indian customers is really shocking and shameful. I request the Government to please look into this matter and get strict actions against such companies and help me to get my order delivered.

I want to know how snapdeal says I have got its delivery as even the courier company shows it is returning parcel to shipper
