Engine switches off in stop-n-go traffic. It happens randomly. Fuel meter shows zero even there is good amount of fuel left in tank. If I complain in TVS, the service center people ask me to come there but no concrete solution provided. Instead I need to waste time behind them leaving my job. Latest complaint no registered with TVS is 46675

Resolve the problem without any additional cost and make sure it does not repeat, or recall the model (2011) or refund the money.
