My Mobile Number 8959390xxx, 8827716xxx My Problem: I purchased a Tranactional SMS pack from a company named VarmaGroup for sending sms to my personal contacts. Company Name: varmagroup Website :www.varmaweb.in ; www.varmaweb.com Email: vishal@varmagroup.net, varmagroup.vishal@gmail.com, niti.s@varmagroup.net Mobile: 9313001xxx,8882101xxx Address: Hyderabad/Delhi [India] SMS Pack consist of 25000 SMS Transactional DND Delivery API SMS Panel I paid Rs: 5850/- on their account dated 09/Sep/2014 State bank of India A/C Name – PRATHIBHA VARMA A/C NO. – 32933908639 Branch – Anand Bagh; Hyderabad IFSC Code: SBIN0010097 When i start using sms pack, i faced lot of problems. SMS not delivering, SMS panel has many error, API not working properly. I asked the VARMA company to solve it, but they havnt helped me and took 28 days in name of repairing. So at last i raised Refund Request on 14/Oct/2014. The company owner/agent Mr.Vishal promised me to give refund till 14/Nov/2014. The date 14/Nov/2014 is gone. They have not paid me any amount. When i called on their mobile , the number was switched off. Then i visited their website www.varmaweb.com and took number 8882101122 and called. Then Mr.Vishal picked up call and gave me his new number 9313001xxx. Now, They are not picking up calls, neither replying by emails and messages. They also abused by send abusive mobile message saying “Do whatever you want, don’t play with fires ” they abused me by mobile message and tried to threaten me I have the msg in my mobile still now as a proof. I also have all emails as proof for the same. I am mentally harassed by Varma Group, Mr.Vishal V.

I want my refund of Rs: 5850/- and Rs: 5 Lakhs extra as they abused me and mentally harassed me. If i not get justice, i will do suicide as they abused me by mobile message and tried to threaten me.
