I would like to bring to your notice that I have placed an order with Mebelkart.com vide order No. #598390001 dated 21/10/2014 for an amount totaling Rs. 9429/-. This was my very first transaction with Mebelkart.com. But till date they have not delivered the product. My key points of complain are 1. Order Placed before almost one month ago not shipped yet. 2. Every time Customer care executives are giving false commitments and thereby misleading the customers. 3. Schedule time of shipping and schedule date of delivery is not met and already failed. 4. Waste of Effective Time and money of Customer due several time calling and chase up. I want compensation for loss of money, time and opportunity cost. Also I want compensation of Mental Harassment which i have over last one month.

I want Compensation of my time, mental harassment and opportunity cost and money to the tune of Rs. minimum 40,000/-.
