We had purchased a Flat in DSK Vishwa Meghmalhar AB 1004. The Flat possession was promised to us in June. The possession was given to us in Sep but still the construction work is going on and there has been delays

Economically I paid EMI for my old house as well as new house. Also the construction work is still in progress and is not safe staying in the building as debris keep falling here and there.

I want a compensation of my EMIs I paid. 20223 multiply by 6 months . 1.2 L.
