Availed LIC loan on My wife Mrs.Rajini’s name and purchased a ground with this promoter, who sells with constructing a house on gated community scheme, it is more than a year not completed and insisting to pay addl money Rs.1.29 lacs, who is not handing over the house and not giving proper accounts.Since my wife is working as a teacher near by this site, have purchased this house, which will help her to go easily, since she had 4 major medical operation. The construction also very poor, the surrounded all other neighbors also suffering because this builder attitude.

We need proper statement of accounts and proper work to be completed for the amount, what we have paid. We are ready to settle the legible amount.
