I have a connection Airtel Broadband and Landline (011-4551xxx) which is installed at my premises, it has an unlimited plan with certain speed slabs. It was not working and I complained in Airtel on 17.11.2014; complaint partially solved as it again got struck and I complained on 23.11.2014; again it was temporarily fixed and I again lodged a complaint now it is okay. But due to non-functioning of Airtel Broadband I have to use the internet of my mobile phone 958222xxx (Airtel), it is also in my name Ankita Batra with same billing address as B-74, Sec-8, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075. I have written atleast 15-20 mails to nodal & appellate desk of Airtel asking them to give me the location of my mobile phone ( location is of prime importance as I have used the internet in my premises from my mobile, where I have a broadband and due to non-functioning of broadband I have to use internet from Airtel Mobile. My mobile phone has a plan of 750MB which is nothing if you are downloading or streaming videos and it got exceeded due to non-functioning of Airtel Broadband. Nodal and Appellate desk is not providing me location and are ignoring my mails and are replying charges are valid, charges are valid, charges are valid. My complaint: Why shall I pay for same service twice (on same location, both my mobile and broadband) to the same company Bharti Airtel Limited????
I have suffered a loss of around INR 570 and I want a adjustment for he same. I have also invested a lot of my time by writing mails to nodal and appellate desk and also in consumer forum so I want damages of INR 2000 for that.
