Rediff Online Shopping – Order Dispatch Delayed

I have purchase Philips 32 inches HD LED TV through online shopping by www.rediff.com and paid full amount Rs 20698/- including Delivery charges.Delivery was due on 26/11/2014 as per SMS recieved from Rediff.com.I would like to purchased item to be delivered at the ealiest time.They have replied as follows:- Dear Purti , Greetings from Rediff.com Apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. With reference to your mail,We would like to share with you that we had forwarded your request with the Vendor concerned department for dispatching and delivering the order no:10715793 Please be rest assured you will receive shortly.
