This is Some Nath Kundu, My mobile no is 705964xx. Aircel automatically activated 2 service, one was service of rupees 15 and another was of rupees 10 and which 10 rupees’s information is totally missing from their system. And all those services has been activated by aircel on 10th December. I have asked for refund they are simply says not possible. Now I am looking at Consumer-Forum to provide me a solution.

On date: 10th december, I asked for money back On 11th december, They replied that my mobile no I have mentioned was wrong on 11th december, I mailed again with my correction on 12th december, they replied the reason of deduction of money on 12th december, I again asked for money return, on 13th december, they replied that after 96 working hours money can’t be refund.
