This complaint is regarding delay in possession of a flat we had booked with Vatika 4 yrs. ago. We are a middle class family and with lot of faith and hope, we had booked one residential flat in Sec-82C in INXT floors with full blind faith with Vatika group in 2010. It’s been 4 years but still NO Construction has started. It’s just a piece of land even after 4 years. We had received NO Inputs from them for 4 years for the status and why there is such a big delay in construction. This is only after we had been mentally suffering we have followed up with them in mails – they gave us NO REPLY and when we visited their office, then they tell us that there is this GAIL Pipeline and our plot is in its periphery and they are still not sure whether this project will take off even in the next 3 or 4 years. We have been following up with them to please do something but there is no response, hence finally have requested them to return our money back since we are unnecessarily paying Interest to bank since so many years. But they are behaving like deafs are giving no ear to our problems. After getting no positive response from them, we have got mentally tortured now we want to take your support. Please help us.

We want our full money back with the Interest amount we had paid to bank & also the Interest amount that we would have got on the money we had given from our pocket if that money had been in bank. Plus we also want compensation amount for the mental torture that we had gone through.
