I bought four trousers from Wills Lifestyle in Kolkata in early 2014; only one of them got shrinkage problem in a few months. I deposited the same in an WLS outlet to do quality check. After a month’s time they replied with a illogical reason. “They said the trouser got to shrinkage due to maximum use” When I asked them in that case why didn’t other three trousers got shrinkage having similar number of usage? They don’t have any answer nor can resolve this. They have given me a product slip bearing no- 018301 and asked me to contact their call centre. But no one is even responding.. Hell of service by WLS. Ideally they should replace the trouser.
