I am highly disappointed with the service provide by Intex Aqua. My mobile had been taken on 11th Nov 2014 and still i didn’t get the mobile. As both the sim card port was not working on my mobile, i contacted to your company.Your executive had taken the hand set and it is more than one month but i didn’t get my mobile back. I was trying to contact on the provided land line but no one is picking the call.

I want my mobile back with in a week or else i have to take serious steps against you. please find the attached Intex Mobile Service Center Copy.
