Refund of Money from 100BestBuy.com

I have transferred Rs. 399/- through net banking to 100bestBuy.com for a hot deal offer, dated 16/07/2012 and the order No. is 4817212,but i didn’t get it, then after few days I order a 8gb pen driveto 100best buy.com, but till date I didn’t get it, when I call their help line number- according to them there is NO such amount in my account. So tell me where is my money? Now i’m not interest to buy any product from such company, so pl. refund the amount with interest to me, as soon as possible.
