I have made a purchase deal after SandShoppingHub representative contacted me on my mobile. Shri Vijendra Yadav contacted me for some purchase deal for payment of Rs. 6999.00(Transaction ID : 717453593 ) for the following products : • Sony Bravia LED TV 42” • Apple i-Phone 5 64 GB (Black in colour) • Dell Laptop 500 GB HDD, 4 GB RAM • One Sofa cum Bed • One Nokia / Samsung mobile set costing Rs. 5000/= • One Whirlpool make Micro-oven costing Rs. 12000/= After the payment was made, I was asked to deposit a sum of Rs. 41995/= towards VAT which will be reimbursed as per terms & condition as I was told over phone. Next day, Shri Naveen Saxena told me over phone that the above amount was wrongly paid as VAT and the actual VAT amount was Rs. 27994/=. He said that I will get a refund of Rs. 41995/=. I am yet to get a refund of Rs. 41995/= till date even after lots of follow up. Further I paid Rs. 27994/= and till date I also did not get a refund. On 3rd Dec’14, I contracted Sands Shopping for follow up of the above amounts and Shri Imran came on line. As per his advice, today I paid Rs. 13998/= on the plea that he will process the return of Rs. 41995/= today.

I do not know the fate of all the transactions made by me to your company. Till date after lots of persuasion, I did not get either the money back or the products committed. Everytime in the name of money refund, they take money through online payment. Kindly help me in getting the money back (Rs. 41995/= + Rs. 27994/= + Rs. 13998/= ). Further the transaction amount of 6999/= was to be deducted in Dec’14 and not in Nov’14 as per Shri Vijendra Yadav. But my credit card has billed me in Nov’14. The total matter has become very unfortunate. Kindly help me in returning the above amounts . More than a month passed, I have not received any of the above materials or return of money. Can you please help me in this regard ?
