I had took the admission for dual degree post graduation course (MIT+JNU) through UTS.We have group of four friends who took the admission same time.We had completed first year successfully.In second year we had come to know that out of four people two-two guys are having different specialization and different subjects so we had inform this to Mr.Kunal(869184xxx)[University agent through which we took the admission].He told me to drop mail so i had dropped the mail to him as well as our course instructor Miss.Prajakta Rajadnya(020-4901xxx) but we did not received any support from them.We are continuously trying to reach them but they are not responding to our call and mails.as well as UTS website is also down from so long due to which we are unable to do online chat.We had also raised some online complaint on their portal but they directly close this ticket without our confirmation.

I want this issue should be resolved ASAP.Also i want clarification for all this issues as well as i want my referral amount.
