I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S5 phone from Flipkart on July 10, 2014. Since Samsung provides a warranty on their phone for one year from the date of purchase. 3 days back my phone screen was broken which is ideally covered by Samsung for a period of 1 year upon payment of Rs. 990. I registered a complaint at Samsung for service (Complaint # 8468747299). I got a call from Samsung stating that phone that they received for service is already registered on May 21, 2014 and Samsung denied providing warranty since I don’t have a valid invoice i.e. Flipkart sold me a used phone instead of New phone for which flipkart actually charged. I want Flipkart to either return me my money or provide me a new phone. Service center details which denied giving service. Details are as follow. Flipkart should full refund for a phone as It’s a used product and has been hanging since starting. Flipkart is selling defected product and I trusted flipkart of getting brand new product.
