Reliance Tele – Paying final settlement after bill received

Relaince No- 8287 204 707- postpaid Please note that currently I’m out of india and suddenly I had to move from Delhi in last oct 2014. I requested to relaince customer care to close my no forever as I’ll be out of country and settle the billing. but they said me to visit their counter. It was not possible for me so I kept requesting them to terminate my number. But Relaince kept me sending bills while I was not using their service. Finally they send me final bill after 3 months few days back and I paid. I also got an acknowledgement saying that my number is terminated. But again they have sent me another bill showing outstanding. These people are annoying and disgusting. If i ask something in mail they don’t reply of questions. They only write whatever they want to write. After paying final settlement how come a new outstanding came?

Now its too much and i wanna my money back which I have paid them. Its to much metal tension they have given to me which is really unnecessary.
