Toshiba Laptop – Flickering issue under warranty no service

Dear Team, Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a laptop I bought from Triad Microsystems on 30/04/2014, Make and Model : Toshiba Laptop (Sata P50A-10110), PSPMEG-00K004. S/N 4D044709M. Since I purchased this laptop on the 30/04/2014 have had ongoing issues. After two month of purchase had display problems. While working the display used to go off and come back after some time. It looked like flickering. I had to give you my new laptop for service within that initial period of less than 2 months. Triad technical team got it sorted and informed me they had to replace some Display. This took almost 5 working days. Again within next 3 months my laptop had problem with shut down. Laptop would not shut down and the power button would remain ON till the battery power goes off and then leading to irregular shut down. I had to again leave my system for another service on the 8th of Nov. On the 8th of Nov, initially technical guy told me it was a software issue and just need to get the windows software update completed and asked me to take the laptop back home and run the update. When I reached home my laptop power switch was on and could see nothing on the screen. I called up Triad office and the same technical guy asked me to remove the battery and then place it back to solve the issue which I did not do as it was a technical glitch and I personally did not like the idea of doing it myself. I was not happy with the solution provide to me and had to travel all the way back to Triad office the same day. The same technical guy then stated the laptop needs to be sent to service station as it needed software update and Battery film ware Update. I had to leave the laptop for repair again. This had affected/delayed my office work/meeting as well. On the 15th Nov 2014, I collected the laptop after service. I was told that it had Mother board complaint and they replaced the mother board. It’s really surprising how a brand new laptop could possibly have mother board issues so early. Following Monday, 17th Nov 2014, I had the same problem. My laptop would not shut down, Power button was ON even after the shutdown command was executed. So I believe the problem was never sorted and the unanswered question now would be – why was the Mother board replaced? To my surprise the service agent who then visited my house(Mr Praveen)informed nothing was changed in the syatem, no mother board or display was changed. He opened the entire system and sort of fixed it and told me if this happens again need to remove the battery and fix it back. I told him this is bad, as a customer why di I have to go through this. Once again I thought the system was fine. Immediately after 2 weeks the system started to have the same problems. The same service agent visited my house again and this time he assured that the request to get this syatem replaced is almost approved. Their was not communication from the dealer or the service for almost 2 months. Now

I definitely need this situation to be solved as soon as possible with a replacement of the product as the product given to me was actually a display model used by Triad.
