SnapDeal – Wrong product replacement getting delayed

I have ordered a mobile phone, HTC desire 816g white colour through SnapDeal online store. Instead of white color i got the blue one which is cheaper than the white color on 17/01/2015. I have registered a complaint on this matter through their online complaint portal. As per they suggested sent some photos of the product. Their team told that the courier personnel would come for the reverse pick up within 48hrs. When they received the product , they can send me the right one. But it has been a week they didn’t take any action on my complaint. I have contacted them 4 ot times about this but didn’t get any satisfactory answer.

I need the right product ( HTC desire 816G white) as soon as possible, before end of this month(January 2015). If they can’t get me the right one return the money which i have already paid and the additional fund to buy the new product. Also would like to receive the compensation for wasting time on contacting them and difficulties faced on these times.
