I ordered a fastrack bag from paytm , the bags product no. is WBAGSSA0502NPR01EZPPFR , and my order no. was 722375430 . I place the order on 10/01/2015. While shopping the bags dimensions were not mentioned , so i couldn’t guess the size of the bag, thinking since paytm offers hassle free returns , it wont be an issue if i didnt like the bag , so on receiving the bag on 16th jan & finding it smaller in size , i decided to return it by sending a mail to paytm on same day , i.e. 16/01/2015 requesting pick up of product . Now its 26th jan and no one has come for pick up , even after my repeated mails to paytm & also sending them all original packing & bill which they requested , no one has come for pickup. As a reply for every time i send a mail , i keep getting a response , that pick up will be done in 2-3 days , but hasnt been done yet. kindly help me , and i will be highly obliged. Thank you

I want my order returned and compensation for inconvienence and wastage for my time .
