I am Nimisha Sharma. my phone no is : 9418129xxx I bought a laptop from lenovo during Diwali in Shimla.The distributor from where i purchased the laptop is ELINE Khalini, Near Ignu, Hans Kutir, Shimla – 171002. There was an offer for Diwali festival. i had to pay 1999 rps and my laptop warranty would be extended and i would also get a power bank as it was in the offer. lenovo workers called me from bangaluru and asked me to submit 1999 RPS. i did the submission. but till now i haven’t got my power bank that and neither are the lenovo people returning my money back.. its been almost 3 months and there has been no proper response from lenovo. the lenovo laptop details are as follow: LENOVO G50-45 MODEL NAME: 80E3 S/N:PF02TR28 MTM:80E300GYIN

i don’t have the power bank nor do i have my 1,999 Rps. the company is saying that they are having shortage of supplies of power bank. if the situation was so, then why did the called me to pay the money if they can do their job. after calling them more than 20 times there is no fruitful reply. i request you to help me and please help me in getting my power bank or my money back. please help as soon as possible.
