Amazon.in has hold my account. Respected sir or madam, i am a customer of amazon.in since june,2014. As amazon is the first e-commerce shopping site cum company i signed up and shopped a lot. I successfully placed approx 70 orders till 14 th january, 2015. On 15 th january, 2015 i got a mail that my account has been closed. I was astonished. I do know why my account has been closed. In cause they have closed my account as i have taken much refund. I want to remind you that refund does not initiate by the customer. The customer care executives initiate the refund. The customers can only a appeal to amazon. If they thinks that the customer should get refund then the initiate the refund. In second stage the verification authority verifies the refund. If the verification authority thinks that the customer should get refund then they proceed it. I got a refund only for a item which i have returned and also got return shipping charges. For getting a refund of shipping charges, i always send the courier receipt. I do not know why they have done this. After getting the mail i have appeal a several times. I also showed them them the refund details which i have got. But every time they have said that they would not unhold my account and the account would remain closed. They also said if i open any other account they would also closed that. I asked them the particular order no. Or order name on which i have taken much refund. But they are unable to give a proper answer. I have told them that i am ready to return the excessive amount which i have taken. But they do not agreed. At the time of closing there was one hundred rupees in my gift card balance. Amazon has also taken that. In this situation i do not know what i should do. I want my account back at any conditions.
