Sir Actually my data cable is not working and my phones warranty is of 1 year and on warranty card it is mentioned that 6 months warranty for Battery but when I visited Samsung Service Centre they told me that the warranty of Accessory is only of 6 months but sir it is totally unfair as it is no where mentioned on the Product, Start up Guide or on Warranty card that accessory warranty is for 6 months.

Sir it is thrice that I visited the service centre and even they told me earlier that come after 2 days as there is a problem with the phone and its 5:00 pm so we are not able to assist you and another time there was no person o guide through the query and it is the third time that they told me about 6 months warranty of the accessory.

I want my data cable to be replaced or repaired and the cost of my time that I am working for company and I took a day leave that costs me around 1000rs. and Petrol Charges that is 100 Rs.
