Purchased Onida Black Beauty Microwave oven a couple of years back. Product stopped working from 11th Jan 2015. Raised complaint in call center (complaint number 1501B106380548). No action for almost 10 days. Technician came on 20th Jan and took oven to service center. Technician returned with microwave on 26th Jan saying parts were needed and took Rs. 3800 for parts and service. Showed a demo to show it is working but next morning the product is still not working.

It has been 16 days since I raised the complaint and we still do not have a working microwave at home which is causing extreme inconvenience to us. The service center brought back the microwave on Friday (23rd Jan) saying it is fixed but when tested, it was not working. He then again got it back on 26th, made it work twice (to boil water and rasam) but the microwave is not working again from 27th morning. The service center has taken Rs. 3400 for parts and Rs. 400 for service.

I would like the microwave fixed to full working condition as soon as possible with no additional cost.
