I have sent some medicine and spices (Total cost of goods: Rs 1200) From KOLKATA TO HYDERABAD via DTDC Courier and the courier charge was Rs 300. Total Rs 1500 I have spend. I have send it to my relative at Hyderabad. 3rd JAN they have received it but it was disappointing as there are big holes found in the package and the internal goods are damaged. Attaching the picture of final delivered product and receipt. When I informed DTDC they just ignore the case and reply after 2 week that as per their record box was delivered in perfect condition. But the fact is courier boy deliver it to caretaker of the destination building not in the hand of intended recipient. I have decided not to use DTDC in future and aware my friends abut this incident, so that everyone get alert.
