Aircel voice mail service got activated in my phone, for which i did not applied i called customer care to deactivate and return my money back but they said there is some technical problem and then after trying to call them but i am getting busy message, also meanwhile i found that my call rate has increased to 1 rs/min for local network in local zone, whereas i have recharged with rate cutter of 62 INR, by which i supposed to get 10 paise/min call rate. The worst thing is that i am calling to customer care but not able to connect and i am paying more even with rate cutter recharged.
I demand the following,
1. my money should be come back a. voice call (song) activation) b. all the amount i paid as 1 INR/min which was supposed to 10 paise/min and also for other network too. 2. They should justify why they not correcting technical problem in more than 1 week. 3. Where should i connect if such thing happens as they do not lift the phone. 4. who is responsible for all such things. 5. is it like they putted my number in that situation so that i will not call them after lot of try. 6. agreement of saying that such thing should not be happen with any one in next time. 7. what action they are going to take to improve such incidence.
