I bought a flat in Unitech Vistas, sec 70 gurgaon in May 2010. As per the buider buyer agreement, the flat will be delivered within 3 years of signing the agreement. However ever after completion of 5 years the flat is no where close to delivery or possession.

Due to delay in delivery of possession for the flat by 2 years, we are left with no option other than stay on rent. The high rental and paying EMI every month is a lot of stress for us. The Unitech builder should be made to start the construction at the earliest and the delivery of flat with good quality construction should be initiated.
