I had Online purchased one Laptop table in Month of Jan-2015 and the product received in the month of Jan-2015. Once I opened the Product, it was in so many pieces and I packed it again. That time send the mail and call the Rediff Shopping Call center number to intimate the damage product I received. From that time to till date I am continuously following the rediff team for pick up the damaged product and send me a new and fresh product. But no body is serious about my repeated complaints. I hereby request to you, please resolve this issue and please tell Rediff Shopping Team to refund my money not product as I am totally lost and fully furstated now. Also penalized the team for such behavior and compensation for me. I shall be very thankful to you for your kind act. Please arrange my money back and put penalty on Rediff Shopping so that they cannot cheat the customers
