I had purchased 1 mini cycle from Star CJ through online cost of product is Rs.1600/- when I had purchase 1 mini cycle.it was defective and I had send it to the warehouse of damul trading co.& i had incurred Courier Charges of Rs.400/- & the warehouse department send it to me but again it was more defective all parts are dismelted & again they tell please send but sending of 1 mini cycle I had incurred regulary Rs.400/- courier charges it cannot be possible & i tell them that I will go to consumer forum they told me that its ok you can go

They was no damage in goods in transit but they are always given defective piece at time of replacement. When I am going to talk with them they say send it for replacement & for replacement they courier the defective piece again. I want the replacement of my mini cycle which i had already incurred Cost Rs. 1600/- & courier charges sending for replacment Rs.400/-. They again say send it to again how much time I will pay the courier charges. So, I want free of cost without incurring of courier charges .As I have already incurred 1 time charges for replacement.
