Why Reliance Mobile Grievance Appellate Authority is Sleeping ?

Feb 21, 2015 a complaint was registered with Appellate Authority, Reliance bangalore circle describing the corrupt billing standards. on Feb25, they have closed the complaint as resolved. They have also added notes saying, customer agreed to the extended date for free usage (they have extended to April30). They have also mentioned saying customer could not be reached over phone 9886989961. They have NOT emailed me for any of the said developments. They have NOT approached me for consent for the complaint closure.

This is very poor standard expected from the Appellate Authority office. Got to learn about all such logs after having a lengthy conversation with SHIVA (call attendant from appellate authority office). Taking above developments very serious, i have raised a fresh complaint “230719444” to red flag this. Legal action & thereby recourse on the conduct of Appellate Authority, Reliance ADA Bangalore. Penalization under the advise of jurisdiction for having followed unhealthy practice of consumer complaint handling. Compensation to have acted in bias with business and against the consumer.
