Request Refund of my Booking amount of Rs 1,60,000 for Titwala flat booked in the year 2010 paid Via Cheque No 341066 (Rs 80000 – Canara Bank) dated 30.01.2010 & Cheque No 208423 (Rs 80000 – Dena Bank) dated 11.08.2013 and also the saving amount of Rs 340000 deposited in your bank Samyak Co-op Credit Society Ltd Mumbai with 6% Annual Interest as per the terms & condition mentioned on passbook (Supporting attached).
It Almost 5 Years from the date of Booking the Flat in Titwala I have not received the possession of the Flat till Now , They are giving me the false commitment since 2012 till now Due to which I am cancelling my booking . I demand refund the full amount with Interest.
