I have an airtel mobile number:-70425XX22 for which I have paid a bill of 1500Rs on 2nd April,15.at an airtel outlet and the payment is still not reflecting in my phone bill n airtel is not giving any answer to it for which I have got all the bills, but now after 3 days of payment they have permanently disconnected my number and not given any update about my payment as well. I have an email conversation that proves that airtel has my money and they have cheated me and done a fraud with me.please help me to get my payment of Rs.1500 updated and my mobile number back.

This number is very important to me as it is the contact number with my overseas clients from whom i receive my business that I do as a freelancer and changing my mobile number will damage my reputation with my clients n I will loose all my business which is the earning source for me n my family. I want my mobile number activated and my bills to be cleared as I have already paid as asked by Ravi the employee of Bharti Airtel and confirmed by the customer service of Airtel as updated in the notes of my mobile number account with Airtel.
