I bought an Iphone 5s from the store through Bajaj Finance. They duplicated my signature on the ECS form which got rejected from the bank. Now, niether reliance digital nor bajaj finance is taking any effort to solve the problem. Signature forgery is a crime and it is challenging the security of a customer. Still there has been no response from the customer side.

The ECS form was signed by someone else and not me. The form was rejected by the bank and I had to re initiate the process. IT took lot of time and energy. Reliance digital employees and Bajaj Finance employees both are not accepting this seriousness of forgery signature. I want legal action taken against the bajaj finance team, both the call centre, customer service and the team which sits in Korum mall. Also a written declaration from Bajaj finance that till my ECS is going on, any discrepancy in my account will be the responsibility of them as they have duplicated my signature.
