My complaint is against homeshop25.com. This online shopping site is completely FRAUD. I have ordered an I phone 5s (order no 601) on March 24 2015 & made payment of Rs. 15000 in advance. They committed to deliver the product with in 3 days of the order placed. When I called them about my product delivery they said that they have dispatched the product and will receive in 2 days.

After 2 days I have received a courier from there side and that was only an envelope which is basically a hand made invoice of the product nothing else. They have marked in that invoice that they will dispatch the product after 3 days from this invoice. As f there commitment when I called them for my product they were just giving me dates and dates to dispatch the product. But they have not dispatched it. After my extreme pressure on them finally on day before yesterday one of there Sr. supervisor Mr. Jatin told me that they have dispatched the product and gave me a tracking no. to track it. The tracking no. was 3961905 from Prime track courier but when I confirmed this from the courier company they said that there is no consignment booked on this no. When I called them today they were not interested to talk with me. Even they are not receiving my call from my no. & when I am trying to call them from another no. they just cut my call after receiving.
