I booked REFUNDABLE return flight with Makemytrip from Delhi to Bhubaneshwar on 13.01.15 with booking id NF22034 40699551. But, i cancelled one side journey from BBSR-delhi on 28.01.15. I called make my trip 18 times after that. They took approx 30-45 min each time and still I have just got 660/- refunded. But airline said I will be refunded 1700+ . Make my trip has created two id for same booking and showing refund of 715.0 in one and 1016.00 in another. None of which I have got till now, after more than 2 months of cancellation and 18 calls. Only thing i am getting each time is a reference ID for complaint.
I wasted approx 30-45 min x 18 = 9-13.5 hours. I am a govt salaried doctor, so for me this time is much precious. Also, this created unnecessary tension after talking to their customer service, which effected my physical life and professional life. Refund of the cancellation money and 100000/- for mental harassment
