I and one of my colleagues had applied for a MTS data card connection on 28th February, 2015. The person who gave the connection to us had committed that the connection will at least be giving a minimum speed of 1 mbps and also had said that apart from North East India, the connection would be roaming free all across. Now, after we have been using the connection, we find that the speed has not even been half mbps, let alone one. Also, through a customer care call received by me it also came to my knowledge that the roaming is not free even in Bihar and Jharkhand where I belong to and where I keep visiting frequently. In view of the above, I requested the company to terminate the connection immediately and also refund the money to us by taking back the dongle from us as the same was of no use to us. I had taken this connection by surrendering my BSNL broadband connection and had to again apply for re-connection causing a lot of unnecessary problems. However, the company not only rejected the request bluntly but has also served a bill of Rs 561 towards the alleged uses done.

I request your intervention to get the connection terminated and get our money refunded apart from making the company pay us Rs 10000 for causing unnecessary mental tension.
