I admitted my son m.ghowtham for one year JEE (main +advanced) Programme – XIIstd-physics subject with Mr.Satyaprakash,Spectrum JEE Coaching,Kilpaulk ,Chennai-10. I paid total fee for one year JEE (main +advanced) Programme-XIIstd-physics subject as they claimed in their website and Institute admission time. But regular classes were conducted only from Mar14-Nov 14.Then he proposed to start revision on 28 Mar15 demanded for extra fee. He is demanding extra fee in the name of crash course. Total Fees was collected for one year JEE (main +advanced) Programme including regular classes, revision, study material and tests till JEE advanced exams. Everything was discussed and total fee was finalized at the time of admission for one year programme.

But above mentioned regular classes were closed by Nov 14 itself. He started Revision from 28 Mar 2015, but Extra fees are demanded which is against what he told at the admission. When I requested to review the extra fee,Mr. Satyapraksh is at mocking the parents that he is not charging of Two Lakhs or bigger amount only meager which is atrocious and mean minded. He is abusing and mocking that no other parents are minding about this extra fee. But he is not honoring this commitment that fees charged for the entire one year programme. Revision and tests are part of one year 12th std JEE (Main+advanced ) for Physics subject which was finalised at the time of admission. At the time of admission, it was never informed by you that extra charges will be made for revision, study materials and tests. Now at each stage of coaching He wans to charge which is contradictory and amounts to deficiency in services. . He thrusting some study material all three subjects which is obsolete at this stage. I informed that for other subjects notes were already issued by other faculty where he attending maths and chemistry that was sufficient.But Mr.satyaprakash is thrusting the obsolete study package and pressing for extra fee. He is asking the student to leave the class abruptly and insulting if additional fee not paid. He is supposed to conduct revision and tests till advanced exams as per one year programme. First of all he was not regular in conducting regular classes itself (Mar-Nov14) .many classes were cancelled on account of others students not turning up, others have their school exams and FIIt jee classes etc., most of time he had only doubt clearing sessions. When he had not conducted the classes regularly and monitored the student progress properly, what moral he has in asking for extra fee for revision and test which fall under the purview of one year programme. . This candidate is the only candidate was attending classes regularly. This candidate was deprived of proper coaching classes and punished because others not attended . physics coaching was affected because of no mistake of him.
