Reliance NetConnect – Poor QoS & Billing

The contact phone number of Reliance communications is 30373333 or 1800-3000-7777. I had a broad band connection Reliance Netconnect+ number 9341213768. This service was terminated due to poor services, poor internet connectivity and less than 100 kbps speed , and difficulty in browsing internet most of the time.

The termination information was given to Reliance communications at Netconnect.Broadband@relianceada.com . Also, the last paid bill towards the same was sought for refund as the problem existed for a long time and I was against paying their bills for poor quality of services. However, reliance communications is refusing to waive the bills for their poor services and also have failed to refund the last paid bills My correspondences with Reliance Communications over the past 5 years show that they never really provided consistent broadband services to their customers but billed their customers for the same. The addresses provided for Reliance Communications is as per their web site information. However, they have same phone numbers in Bangalore as I understand. I am a client from Bangalore.

Due to consistent poor quality of services for internet, I never got true broadband services and had difficulty in connectivity and browsing internet. Consequently, I was not able to do my normal business over internet, which included online stock trading and this resulted in tension, loss, and inability to focus on my business. I can forward 5 years correspondences with reliance communications for further review. However, I need to know to whom these correspondences has to be sent.

Reliance Communications must stop seeking the bill payment for its poor services. I have documentary evidences for the same, which I can communicated to the CORE. All the emails can be communicated along with proofs of poor quality of services from Reliance Communications. Further, Reliance communications must refund my last paid bills towards their services due to poor quality of services from their end. Further Reliance communications must prove they really had the infrastructure to provide consistent , good quality broad band services and this should be certified by a third party competent authority. Failing which, the license of Reliance communication to provide the broadband services must be cancelled. Only a sample speed test result is attached to show that the services provided by reliance communications was not a broadband service. Reliance communications must stop sending me emails seeking bills or trying to contact me over phone for the same.
