BSNL Penta Tabtop – Poor Quality – Review

I have purchased a BSNL Penta Tabtop (11 months back) from homeshop18 with order no.943438865 and order was delivered on 24th April 2014. I found that the quality of video Recording /Photo is very poor as the photos taken or videos taken were not clear. Immediately, I had filed complaint with homeshop18 through email. But till date neither I have received response nor the item was replaced. Now again I am experiencing a problem with battery. The fully charged battery is showing battery charge is nil. Further, the screen was not opening in spite of pressing open button. The delivery of such poor quality product was not expected from such a reputed online marketer. The complaint was filed on 14th April 2015. But, till date there was no response from the homeshop18.
