I have taken a Aviva Life Insurance policy at Berhampore branch in 2007. And 2011 onward Aviva stop their servicing branches at Murshidabad, Malda, Nadia districts in West Bengal. Since then, policy holders like us facing many difficulties related to our policy servicing. So, my starlight question to IRDA, whether any approval taken by the insurer AVIVA to stop operation in Murshidabad, Malda, Nadia district in West Bengal. Kindly email the Approval copy to nepalchandra01@gmail.com. If there isn’t any approval from IRDA, then I would like asked for compensation money to be paid to all the sufferer clients like me.
