You Telecom Broadband – Poor Customer Care

The staff of You Broadband does not respond to complaints on time. They take days to fix a simple problem and lie all the time about status. One person promised me they were at my premises when they did not even visit. One person asked me to loan them money as a bribe. They do not provide complaint number, do not provide service credit, do not call to redress issues, do not provide proper speed or service. I have wasted hours on the phone line and so much money through phone calls. The delay and poor service has troubled my business. I request a proper redressal and compensation. 3G costs of over Rs 4000 amongst my family. Phone calls worth in excess of Rs 500. Stress, delay of business, harresment and lie. The technician took one week to fix a cable problem because he was on holiday. He then asked me for a loan as a bribe.

I want to be credited for the days of broadband lost. I want to be compensated for time and efforts spent. I want proper service with full speed or a full refund. I want to be compensated for 3G and hours of phone calls made due to lack of service. I want to be compensated for harresment, delays, deception, stress and time spent.
