FabFurnish Online Shopping – Review

Hi FabFurnish Team, I have returned back this order. Please find below details/reason behind such a strict action. 1) Assembler was not knowledgeable. He dint even knew until the box was opened what he is here to assemble. No home-work done by him. No synchronization between Delivery & Assembling team. 2) Assembler flipped the face & back of Cabinet by nailing the back ply-boards in front. And then he was recommending that he can fix it by making back as front. This was not acceptable. 3) Ply-boards attached were not centrally aligned. It was more inclined towards left-side leaving scope wear tear to happen faster in right side. 4) Ply-board used to cover back was sooooo thin that they were about to break immediately after the assembling. Employees who were engaged in the process: a) Assembler – PhoolChand. b) Delivery Team – Naveen Raghav Even Delivery team person(Naveen) agreed that ply-board is not centrally aligned when fitted by Assembler. Having said above, I have returned back the deliverable to fab furnishing rejecting this item after speaking to Delivery Team Managers Vinay/Deepak. Attaching few images which will show poor quality of assembling and deliverable. Kindly let me know by when my Deposit will be refunded to my account.

I want immediate refund in my account for the product I have purchased. Also, I want compensation for the mental harassment I have been through in last 10days. Most Importantly I want Fab Furnish to Apologize and stop fooling innocent people.
